What We Look For

We seek to invest in well established industrial businesses that have a strong record of profitable trading.

Typically, we are interested in businesses that have:

  • long-term owners who are considering a sale

  • at least 10 years of trading history

  • stable financial performance; business has been predictable and profitable during the last 5 years (other than exceptional circumstances)

  • experienced and capable employees who are willing to continue in the business

  • diverse customer base; no individual customer represents more than 5% of total revenue

  • track record of successful sales through referrals and market reputation.

These are general criteria only. We consider each case individually, taking into account specific business and market factors.

What You Can Expect

We understand that selling a business can be challenging for owners, and our goal is to make the process as simple and efficient as possible.

Our review and acquisition process includes:

  • no requirement for detailed presentations or business profiles; a general discussion is all we need to start the conversation

  • discussions and exchange of information on a confidential basis

  • quick feedback about your business

  • prompt transaction execution and completion.

Our structured process keeps legal and financial documentation simple and clear:

  • sales records, financial statements and tax returns are sufficient for our initial review

  • we have standard contract documents ready to issue; this reduces legal complexity and costs

  • quick and efficient due diligence and settlement process; we can typically complete a transaction in less than 6 weeks.

We welcome contact directly from owners and from agents/business brokers.
